Stiffness matrices: full MD stiffness matrix (Ko), full constructed stiffness matrix (Km) and difference of MD and constructed stiffnesses (Ko - Km). The dimension of a stiffness matrix is (12N-6)x(12N-6), where N is the number of base pairs in the oligomer.
