Periodic closure cgDNA+min results for the 4 initial guesses highlighted in the following bifurcation diagram:

We see a striking result for initial guess D: the minimum eigenvalue of the Hessian is nagative (and has a giant norm), hence the configuration shown for D is not a minimizer.
