Periodic closure cgDNA+min results for the 4 initial guesses highlighted in the following bifurcation diagram:

We immediately see that the smallest eigenvalue of the Hessian is negative in cases A and B. This means that the shown configurations are not a proper minimizer. All solutions are different, this can be seen by the inspection of the link and the energy.
